SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently offer delivery to Cyprus and Greece.

DELIVERY TIMES

Cyprus: 3–5 business days
Greece: 10–12 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, courier services, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Cyprus: €5.50
Free shipping: Orders of €50 or more.

Shipping costs for deliveries to Greece are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within our normal business operations. Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@harvestgroup.online so that we can assist you.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer rights.
